This is to inform you that the final decision about the ITC will be taken on 31st of March during a teleconference between the POC/LOC and the Presidents and Secretaries of the 4 Sister Associations, having followed the developments in China and round the world. Alternatively, the Conference may be relocated, postponed or even cancelled. Therefore, it is our advice that you do not yet make any travel plans for the ITC.
